For example, in a 1,000 STAY booking, the hotel receives 967 STAY instantly - a stark contrast to the 30-day waiting period typical with traditional OTAs. Our platform fee of 3% and transfer fee of 0.3% are significantly lower than the industry standard of 13-21%, creating immediate value for both hotels and guests. This transparent fee structure ensures sustainable platform operations while maximizing benefits for all participants.

Hotel Staking System: Our tiered staking system is designed to create meaningful engagement with hotels while ensuring platform stability. Starting with the Basic tier at 50,000 STAY, hotels can list up to 50 rooms and earn 5% APY. The Premium tier at 100,000 STAY increases this to 150 rooms and 7.5% APY, while our Elite tier at 250,000 STAY removes room limits and offers 10% APY. For hotel groups, we've created a special tier at 500,000 STAY that includes a 25% stake discount and 12% APY, recognizing the value of larger properties and chains.

Loyalty Program: We've reimagined hotel loyalty programs for the blockchain era. Our point system is straightforward - 1 STAY equals 10 loyalty points, with 1,000 points convertible back to 1 STAY. This creates a fluid ecosystem where rewards have real, transferable value. Our membership tiers, from Basic to Platinum, encourage increased engagement through progressively better rewards multipliers, from 1x to 3x points. The staking requirements for higher tiers (1,000 to 10,000 STAY) create natural token demand while rewarding loyal users.
